Rockaway Archer - A Tailored Overdrive

The Rockaway is an overdrive and EQ all in one. Developed for legendary guitarist Steve Stevens as an all in one solution to Steve’s overdrive and EQ needs the Rockaway combines the iKon profile with a graphic EQ.

The Rockaway features: Six band graphic EQ Volume and gain knobs

The settings include Up to 18dB of cut or boost at 6 different frequencies. Each frequency is increased by pushing its corresponding slider up on the pedal or decreased by pushing them down. This also adds or decreases volume. It is a great way to hit the front end of an amp harder than a stock Archer. The Rockaway Archer has an incredible variety of sounds due to the multitude of ways the EQ section can be used!

Key Features:

• Output: The volume control is very powerful and drives fairly hard relatively early. This allows you to hit the front end of an amp or pedal to get very aggressive or crystal clear
• Treble: The Treble control is a very effective EQ that goes from dark to a very “chimey”, bright tone. It’s great to create that midrange clarity
• Gain: The gain also acts as a mixer control between the clean boost and the gain. Turn the gain all the way down and your output becomes the volume for all clean boost. Start blending in the gain control and it will simultaneously reduce clean volume & introduce gain…..somewhere in the middle is the sweet spot or mix of the two….experiment!!
