If you believe you've received a defective product, contact us by calling 1-855-748-1023, or send an email to support@phantom48.com right away.

If you are not satisfied with any product, for any reason, you may return it for a refund of the purchase price within 30 days of your purchase date. All returns for reasons other than a defect are subject to a 15% restocking fee.

  • You must request an RA number from us before you ship it back.
  • The item and its original packaging must be in like-new condition.
  • All accessories, manuals, and warranty cards must be returned in like-new condition.
